Bookings

To book a session your must be registered with our online booking system iPal.  Please note we will be using an updated version of iPal for our September 2023 bookings which is available now.  All parents/carers will be required to register with the new version.  This includes existing parents already registered as we have found that a lot of information is currently out of date.  If you have any questions, please speak to members of your staff at your settings.

Once registered you will be able to

• book sessions
• cancel/amend any sessions
• pay for sessions via card, childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare (Please note we do not accept cash payments)

There are plenty of hints and tips videos on the iPal website, however if you do have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your setting.

No places can be cancelled or amended within 1 days of the session.  Any places cancelled beforehand will be granted as a credit in your online wallet.  Please note, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to manage any cancellations.

We offer a 10% discount for siblings who are booked onto the same session.

We charge a late collection fee of £5 for every fifteen minutes (or part thereof) past your session end time.  If you know you are going to be late, plese contact your setting as soon as is practically possible.
